Pets Lovn will NOT deal or provide any services or products to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Terms and conditions apply to all users and visitors to the Pets Lovn website and its services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Pets Lovn is an E-commerce platform allowing users to purchase pet food and pet products from our E-shop.
Items and products are subject to change and availability.
Product purchases, are delivered to the customers at their given address within the time mentioned in our delivery terms or at the scheduled date.
PAYMENT TERMS
All ordering is executed online at petslovn.com, via desktop or mobile. Users are billed directly by us upon purchase of orders and have the option of paying online by Card.
Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
All payments should be made in AED.
In case of a delayed payment or non-payment, Pets Lovn holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.petslovn.com policies and rules.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Goods Once sold will not be returned unless the goods that have been purchased from the website and the goods delivered are not the same. The above said statement does not apply to perishable goods. Also, if the goods are defective they can be returned but this does not apply to perishable goods. We are very cautious about how perishable items are stored and delivered, once they have left from our end and have been delivered we can not accept them back. If you have a quality issue with any food that you have purchased you must report to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can rectify and investigate your concerns with the supplier. We will refund or exchange any item that is defective or has been incorrectly purchased within 7 days of purchase as long as it is in the same packaging and condition as received (excluding food and perishable items). Once we receive the returned item, the Pets Lovn team will examine the product and approve the refund or exchange request. Pets Lovn reserves the right to reject the return if the item is found to have been altered with or used, or if the item was purchased on sale or discount. Refunds for the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) will be done only through the original mode of payment, i.e to the customer’s credit card. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.Our team is available to speak to you in person and all customers will be called or emailed back in a short professional time frame.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use the ‘Petslovn.com’ service, Pets Lovn will collect certain data about you. Please be aware that the material/data uploaded and collected by us, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
All personal details uploaded to Pets Lovn for payment and purchase purposes will be held by the Payment Gateway, operating as per UAE law. By providing us with your email and direct contact number, you allow us to contact you directly via (message, call, email) for promotional purposes unless directed otherwise (via our opt-out system).
User agrees that by accepting this Terms and Conditions Agreement, User is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy, as per UAE law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) should not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Pets Lovn, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and independent contractors, harmless from any demand or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, or other user of the Service using User’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Product specifications for items sold by Pets Lovn have been provided by the Vendors.
Pets Lovn aims to provide healthy food and treats for pets, however, we assume no responsibility for the nutritional information and allergen advice on the items sold on the website “petslovn.com”. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to read the labels on the product(s) in order to ensure they are safe for consumption. Please note that pets should always be monitored and never left alone when playing with toys, chews or treats.
Pets Lovn makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product offered or provided by any Vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Vendor shall be at your own risk.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
If you wish to make a claim as a result of using one of our Service(s) or Subscription(s), the courts in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction.
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
Users agree that they shall not use the Service(s) or Subscription(s) in any way that violates federal, state, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements.

User further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable state, local, national, or international law or regulation.

All content on the Pets Lovn site, including graphics, images, text, site design is owned by us. Any distribution of materials on the website (replication, downloading, modifying, etc.) without prior written permission by Pets Lovn is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pets Lovn has given extra care to the design of our E-commerce platform. However, if any technical problems, errors or omissions occur in relation to our content, we are not responsible. However, we will make every effort to rectify the issue in a timely manner.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our Site, or mobile application or any website linked to our site and any materials posted on it. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We ask that when you use our platform or service(s) to post material on the website or associated social media that you be mindful and comply with the applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and in any country from which they are posted.

DELIVERY POLICY
Fulfilled by Pets Lovn: If your order is over AED 100, we will ship it free within Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.
Delivery can often be completed within 24hrs of the order being placed and your delivery time confirmed, provided all items are in stock. We do not currently ship overseas.
If you have placed multiple orders then we will try to combine your orders & deliver them together to charge only one shipping fee. If multiple orders are placed at different times, then the separate shipping fee will apply since those orders will be shipped separately.
DUBAI
• Orders placed will be delivered the next working day.
• Any orders placed on Thursdays will be delivered on Saturday.
SHARJAH
• Orders placed will be delivered the next working day.
• Any orders placed on Thursdays will be delivered on Saturday.
ABU DHABI
• Orders delivered within 48 hours. (no deliveries on Fridays)
